Lots of good life truths in this book. Being LDS some things weren't as WOW as they seemed to be to the author. Subjects like the importance of family and the idea of making your own world within the world are some examples of that. It was a touching book although a little depressing because you know that he is going to die at the end throughout the book. Still it was inspirational and thought provoking.

I learned how many things in the world, in this case animals, connect with human beings. I also learned how one can embrace different religion and appreciate their spiritual aspect
