I enjoyed it as an easy read. It did a good job distracting me from other things going on. I doubt, however, that I'll read it again.
I thought this book was my favorite out of the first three Wheel of Time Series. Jordans characters truly develop more and more each book. HIs attention to detail and continuity is excellent.
In this 8th book of Kim Harrion's Hollows series, it's a lot of "more of the same" from the main character Rachel. I liked the book, but mostly I liked it simply because I like the character and world Harrison has built. It is not the best of the Hollows books. It lacks some of the excitement and drama of the first few books in the series. However, the book isn't so bad that I'm completely put off of the series. I'll keep reading.
A truly enchanting book. Twists and turns but with a solid central character. Well written and great reading.
Joyce gets more and more difficult to read as you get into his later works. This is a good start. I particularly like "The Dead".
